Pensive, delicate, ornate and lush are all words used to describe the gentle music of James Wallace, a multi-instrumentalist from Melbourne, Australia who records and performs under the name Wintercoats.
Wintercoat's debut EP, Sketches, is a stunning collection of songs. Bells and chimes drip from corners, piano keys build from below, bass lines swell and string arrangements dance about. And on top of it all, James' haunting voice hazily rests.

We've talked before about Adi Ulmansky. The girl is one of the hottest names in Israel's indie scene. Since the last time we wrote about her, she managed to tour Europe with her home band, Lorena B.
As it looks now, Ulmansky is really close to the equator of the worldwide recognition among those who love quality music and sound editing. With thousands of mentions in blogs, don't be surprised if Adi Ulmansky will become to the next James Blake kind of case.
